Excellent book. The author is a visionary man. We are currently living in a world where they demand very competitive people and it is not easy to find the job you want, and when you finally find it, you want to keep it. In certain top executives companies recognize that their companies depend on their employers and offer good packages and recognition to maintain them. And these are the companies that last. Other prefer to invest less in employees and constantly change them, that the result will be great losses and these are the companies that will not last much.
